Whats the best way to remove clear coat scratches?

in a black car. You cant really see them in the day but at night under a light they are all over the place.

What the best way to remove them without to much trouble.Whats the best way to remove clear coat scratches?
are they random scratches?

or swirl marks ( looks like spiderwebs)

It sounds more like Swirl marks

I would pick up Meguiars Swirlx and Ultimate Compound

I also suggest claying your car, before trying to remove the Swirlx

claying removes continments stuck to your paint, that normal washing doesnt get out.

I suggest Meguiars Smooth surface clay kit.

1. Wash

2. Clay ( i guess its realy optional, but I highly recommend it)

3. Do a test spot with Swirlx, Work the product in in about a 16x16 in section, for about a minute, wipe off, and inspect. If still not up to your par, Step it up to Ultimate Compound. DO the same thing, and inspect, should make it a whole lot better. Do this around the whole car, it can be time consuming. Then, if you want, you can also go over it with Swirlx after UC. Do a test spot again, If you see no difference in clairty of the paint after using swirlx over UC. then you can skip it

4. Then wax, with your choice of wax

Apply products with Microfiber appicators

remove with microfiber towelsWhats the best way to remove clear coat scratches?
You can water sand the scratches out with 2000 grit wet or dry sand paper and then buff the sanding marks out with 3m compound. Finally you would remove the swirl marks with a finishing compound and polish. If this is a black car it is going to be extremely difficult to remove all indications of buffing of sanding. You may have to take it to a professional
you could colorsand the car with a 2000 grit wet dry sandpaper then buff out with 3m rubbing compund
