What is the Rainbow Clear coat finish called?

I am looking for the clear coat finish that changes colors like a bubble for my bike frame. I saw it on a car once a long time ago. As you move past the car you see the base color underneath the shimmer of different colors on the gloss coat. Do you know what kind of clear coat that is called? And if so, what brand and where can I get it?
