What is that pink-ish, goopy, clear coat they apply on top of a manicure?

After getting my nails done, they apply some pink-ish, goopy [sometimes], clear coat on top and it makes your nails look pink when you step out in the sun and your nails light up in the blacklight. I know it's a top coat, but what specifically because all the top coats I've looked for are just clear, not with a pink tint like the ones in the salons. What is that pink-ish, goopy, clear coat they apply on top of a manicure?
Usually the pink one helps your nails grow so that they are easier to manage (or paint in some cases) you can buy it for yourself. I have some with my nail polishes too

Usually does the trick for me when I do my own manicures.
It is just a regular old top coat with a ';natural tint';.
