My new Urethane clear Coat is more glossy on some spots. Can I wet sand an polish to blend the differences?

First time spraying Urerathane base/clear. When I finally figured out what constistancy to spray I ran out of clear. Some spots are noticably more glossy than others. Will wetsanding and polishing blend the uneveness? My new Urethane clear Coat is more glossy on some spots. Can I wet sand an polish to blend the differences?
it will if it didn't crack on it,and there's enough of it on the car,you can wet sand it with 1000-1200 grit paper and then buff it out, that might help even it out, good luck.My new Urethane clear Coat is more glossy on some spots. Can I wet sand an polish to blend the differences?
On your big time pro paint jobs, the way they get the deep look to the paint, is to do on purpose what you neeed to do to fix this. Completely wet sand the car with 1500 grit and re-shoot the clear. (the entire car) The pros do this many times over %26amp; over.
you have to wet sand it with supersand. its very very fine.
